Doctor visits, outpatient care, preventive services, medical equipment, and ambulance services. Covers medically necessary services to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
Annual wellness visits, screenings (cardiovascular, cancer, diabetes), vaccines (flu, pneumonia), and other preventive services at no cost when using in-network providers.
